We can help you through the ordering process to ensure you have the correct products.

Please place your order when you open your last box of product.  We keep a large inventory and you will usually receive your order within 1-3 business days.  However, to be safe, please order ahead.

FNIHB patients: Please note that getting approval can take up to 3 weeks, so take this into consideration when ordering.

We deliver by courier throughout BC. There is no charge for delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and money orders.  Please note that your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as Westminster West End Pharmacy.

Pharmacare allows you to order a 90 day (3 months) supply. We process your order though Pharmacare like a prescription.  We provide you receipts from Pharmacare that indicate how much you pay and how much Pharmacare are covering.  The amount Pharmacare covers depends upon your Pharmacare deductible, which is income based.  For more information, please visit visit BC Pharmacare’s deductible calculator.

Using the form provided by your plan, submit the Pharmacare receipts you receive at the time of purchase.

Extended health plans do not allow us, or any pharmacy, to bill them directly for ostomy supplies.

We are able to bill these plans directly. There may be additional time required for processing.
